Vee Jay released the single and entered into an agreement that eventually gave them the rights to the first 16 tracks released by The Beatles in the U.K. – specifically the 14 tracks from their first English LP, also titled Please Please Me, and the two tracks from the follow-up single “From Me To You” b/w “Thank You Girl.”"
