In truth nothing that we are currently working on is ever finished. With that a number of things come to mind:
1) Writing a book.
2) Planting a tree.
3) Building a house.
4) Having a child.
5) Getting married.
6) Completing a Master's Degree.
7) Launching a business.
8) Changing the world.
Another thought which has just popped into my mind is this:
The beauty of descriptive language:
I had been working in a very large social service organization, and had come up with a unique "Ad-on" component to the training program that the organization ran, where I was expected to place the graduates into jobs:
The brilliant concept was not immediately accepted according to my specifications which naturally included a raise in salary (along with a better job title) for myself.Taking action, I barged into a meeting (where I was not invited) and when I had gained the right to address the assembly I stated:
"There is an proposed innovation at the Trade School, designed to more effectively motivate, and more efficiently place graduates in jobs,and it is in the latent phase." -Stephen C. [As I said the word latent I pointed upwards]Then one of the members from the assembled audience, who must have been paying attention to my introduction at the meeting,
that just popped into, said (in response to my statement-
"And you're the job developer..."- unknown (it was a both a statement and a question) and the fact that the person looked at me, along with using the word "the" instead of "a" indicated that somehow this person, a woman most likely a counselor or social; worker of some sort, clearly understood so much more than even her short phrase of well selected words revealed. The women was both looking at me, and perhaps even pointing to me when she said "you're".

Latent is an adjective that has a few specific applications, however it's general meaning is:
"Latent is an adjective that you use to describe something that is capable of becoming active or at hand, though it is not currently so."From Vocabulary.com
However, a much more specific application of the word latent is in photography. The latent image is used to describe the image that is captured on film before it is processed, or. developed.
Therefore if I was forced to find redundancy in the name of this website it would have to be, the word being. Alternatively, one could make a strong case for the word develop.
